Telehouse America is managed by KDDI America in Los Angeles Downtown. In order to expand their office, we have worked on their design and construction segments. 

CHALLENGES

Construction Process for the Building in Downtown LA
Since construction was proceeded inside the building, we needed to coordinate the construction schedule very carefully. The majority of construction process was done during midnight and early morning. Especially the fire alarm inspection needed to be done in the early morning or weekend; therefore, communication with the landlord was the key to this project.
