Hoyu America is the Hoyu company located in the U.S. It is one of the biggest Japanese hair product company.
In the process of moving their office from Placentia, CA to Cypress, CA, we have worked on their design and construction segments.

CHALLENGES

1. Project Planning and Management in Order to Avoid the Distraction of the Business Operation 
In order to avoid any distractions in Hoyu America's business operations, this project was completed within 3 months due to the support from landlord and city department. We have worked on the planning for Hoyu America's new property, receiving a business permit and infrastructure improvement.

2. Project Phase Management
We divided major process into 3 phases: providing previous business operation at the new location, establishing a professional coloring studio and a QC lab.
