DETAILS

Boscia is the U.S Corporation of Japanese cosmetics brand called FANCL, which is known for additive‐free cosmetics. They have established an office and warehouse in Irvine, CA. We have worked on design and construction segments of this project.

CHALLENGES

Project Planning and Management in Order to Avoid the Distraction of the Business Operation 
Since we were required to complete the planning for Boscia's new property, receive a business permit, and infrastructure improvement by the end of their previous lease, this project was completed within 3 months due to the support from landlord and city department. In addition, we have done prefabrication in order to shorten the construction time.
