This is a project for designing and constructing a classy Japanese fusion restaurant within Crystal Cove Shopping Center that had been developed with PCH by Irvine Company.

CHALLENGES

Upmarket Restaurant
Crystal Cove, known as a high-end shopping center, requested this classy Japanese fusion restaurant. 
Due to being located within such a luxury shopping center, this restaurant was designed with persistence to produce a classy atmosphere-- for instance, lighting up the inside space of the Sushi counter. 
The limited shop space is served with several elements, in other words, Sushi bars, bars and dining. The functional layout with a sense of high grade and excellent design allowed the client’s requirements to be met.
